What we arrange

Funding to run and grow your business

The right facility depends on what the money is for and how it will be repaid. We'll explain the options in plain English.

Unsecured business loans

Fast funding without putting property up as security, usually backed by a director's guarantee.

Secured business loans

Larger amounts and longer terms, secured on business or personal property.

Revolving credit facilities

Draw, repay and redraw up to a limit. Pay interest only on what you use.

Invoice finance

Release cash tied up in unpaid invoices through factoring or invoice discounting.

Refinancing

Move expensive or short-term borrowing onto better terms, or consolidate facilities.

Management buy-outs and acquisitions

Funding to buy a business or buy out a fellow shareholder.

Questions

Commercial finance FAQs

How quickly can I get a business loan?

Unsecured business loans can fund within days once documents are in. Secured loans take longer because of valuations and legal work, typically three to eight weeks.

Do I need security for a business loan?

Not always. Many lenders offer unsecured loans backed by a personal guarantee from the directors. Larger amounts or longer terms usually need property or asset security.

Will an enquiry affect my credit score?

No. Our initial conversation and enquiry do not involve a credit search. Lenders may run checks later, and we will tell you before that happens.

Can you help if my business has had a difficult year?

Often, yes. Some lenders look at current trading and future contracts rather than just last year's accounts. Tell us the full picture and we'll be straight about your options.
