Our service

We are a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce businesses to lenders and help prepare and manage applications. We work with a range of lenders but do not cover the whole market for every type of finance. We will tell you if we can only offer products from a limited number of lenders.

We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice. You should take independent advice on those matters where appropriate.

Commercial finance only

We arrange finance for business and investment purposes only, typically for limited companies, LLPs and other businesses. We do not arrange mortgages or loans secured on a home you or your family live in, consumer credit, or other regulated credit agreements. If your needs fall outside what we do, we will tell you and suggest you seek a specialist.

Fees and commission

Our initial consultation is free. If we charge a fee, we will agree it with you in writing before any work that incurs it. We may receive commission from the lender when finance completes. We will tell you about any commission and, where relevant, how it is calculated before you proceed. The commission we receive does not change the lender's terms to you unless we tell you otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate and complete information and to tell us about any changes. Lenders rely on the information you provide, and giving false information may be an offence.

Approval

All finance is subject to the lender's approval and terms. We cannot guarantee that an application will be accepted or that particular terms will be offered.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
